The Art of Kato D

My main preoccupation is creating a beautiful object with a dark side. Giving visual pleasure is as important to me as my message, whether that’s an absurdist joke, a sarcastic swipe or a personal confession. I especially like to pick on love & romance in my work and feature vice in general. Contrary to my other desires, I find myself drawn to art that is small. So, come a little bit closer. The devil is in the details. I’ve had no formal instruction on cooking, art or computers. I live in Chicago, Illinois.
